WASTE OF MONEY - TASTELESS FOOD. The New Lombardo’s Sicilian Grill located in the Zen Hair Salon plaza on the corner of Southern and Eastern is a WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. The food is tasteless, and when you inform the waitress she gets the owner and she in return says their is nothing they are willing to do, they don’t even offer something else in replace of what you ordered, they took the uneaten food back to the kitchen. The owner more or less argured with us in saying that’s what it should taste like and didn’t take into consideration that it just didn’t agree with three person in our party of five, so that day for Lunch we ended up paying $72.00 for two salads, five beverages, one desert. We were not offered anything, We weren’t looking for a free meal, but the owner could have at least taken off one of the three badly cooked meals, or offered us our drinks, or maybe just offered the one desert at no charge, NOT, she said she would do nothing for us. We didn’t leave with anger. We just realized that this is a place we will never eat at again, and let all friends and family know. Their prices on Lunch and dinner menu run from $8.95 - $18.95 that’s pretty high for food that is tasteless and the wait was so long, not to mention the flies buzzing around the resturant. We should have taken the two hints from another table in front of us, when their waitress asked if they were done and would like a box, the older lady looked at her and said “No Thank you, I didn’t like it” the other had her spaghetti box up, she picked up the box and then shook her head and put it back on the table, wow to really great hints and we didn’t take them. They did however greet us with a smile and had a smile all the way through. With the economy the way it is right now and people wanting to get out and treat themselves to a nice dinner, BEWARE this is NOT the place to go. Bummer really was hoping for a nice place in Kingman to eat. Restaurants who cared about their customers, get repeat business, I guess they don’t care if they don’t get repeat business.

Dearest Lombardo,
I can open a can of Ragu too. This is the worst food I have ever tasted. Homemade- not hardly. There were more boxes being taken out than served (you do the math!).

I recently ate at Lombardo’s for the first time, and I can’t disagree with these two posters more. In fact, we’re going back there tonight. I thought the food was fantastic and gladly took mine home to have another great meal! I loved that their baked dishes and potatoes were done in the brick oven in addition to their pizzas. Our service was quick and friendly - all in all a great experience. I must add that I have spent considerable time in Sicily studying local food and wine. While it’s hard to be totally authentic without homemade sausages and wild mushrooms and the other great ingredients Sicilians have on hand, the folks at Lombardo’s still make some darn good food. I think it’s an excellent addition to the lacking Kingman scene, and I hope they are still in business the next time I am in town!

Lombardo’s Sicilian Grill
WOW…this food was amazing. Im assuming the reason there were more boxes being taken out was because the awesome portions were HUGE…
I think every one living, or just passing trough kingman AZ should treat themselves and a friend to Lombardo’s Sicilian Grill.

THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD I’VE HAD!! Wow! I was so impressed. Not a big Italian fan, but the food was obviously made with fresh and real ingredients (not processed cheap cheese). The difference was amazing!
