Have We Reached the Bottom of Housing Crisis?

It’s the question everyone is asking nationally, “have we reached the bottom of the housing market decline or, are we facing more declines.”
Although some isolated markets in the U.S. seem to have neared the bottom, most of the other states are not showing improvement as foreclosures continue to increase. What is the housing market doing in Kingman, Arizona and what are the real estate values? Are foreclosures on the rise in Kingman, Arizona.
