Is Valle Vista Golf Course Broke?

Recent reports from the Kingman Daily Miner newspaper are talking about problems with the Valle Vista golf course. It sounds like mis-management over the long haul but CityBlog is not in Kingman and can’t say for sure what the true issues are. The newspaper cited the economy and mis-management as reasons for the problems at the golf course. Anyone have the true story here?
